
In 1993, we didn't set out to make jams. Bernardo saw an untapped fruit in Lanzarote — the prickly pear — and decided to try making something with it. That idea still guides what we do: we work only with fruits that grow in the Canary Islands, without artificial flavours. Cactus, banana, papaya, mango, fig, aloe vera — and combinations among them that only make sense here.
