Mojos
We make the second best mojo in the Canary Islands — after the grandmothers', ours comes next. We make it with Palmeran pepper and a traditional recipe from La Palma, where the best mojo in the Canary Islands is known to come from.

Mojo Rojo Suave
The most approachable version of our red mojo. Same Canarian character, same Palmeran pepper, but with a restrained heat that doesn't overpower the dish. Ideal for those who want flavour without the burn.
Mojo Picón
The classic. Made with Palmeran pepper and a traditional recipe from La Palma, where the best mojo in the Canary Islands is known to come from. Bold and spicy, perfect with papas arrugadas and grilled meats.

Mojo Verde
Fresh coriander, parsley and Canarian green peppers. Fresh, herbal and versatile — the classic accompaniment to fish in the Canary Islands. A mojo that doesn't compete with the dish, it completes it.

Mojo de Almendras
Toasted almonds, garlic and paprika give this mojo a unique texture and depth. Different from the rest, it's perfect with cured cheeses, roasted vegetables and dishes that call for something different.
Almogrotes
Our take on the Gomeran almogrote, the most well-known cured cheese spread from the Canary Islands. Made with cured cheese, paprika, olive oil and garlic, following the traditional recipe from La Gomera. Four varieties that respect the original and explore new flavours.

Almogrote Original
The classic La Gomera recipe. Cured cheese, paprika, olive oil and garlic. Nothing more. Intense, spreadable, and with the character that only good Canarian cured cheese can give. Almogrote as it should be.

Almogrote Curry
The base of the traditional almogrote with a touch of curry that adds depth without overpowering. An unexpected combination that works surprisingly well, especially with artisan breads and crudités.

Almogrote Gofio & Honey
Canarian gofio and local honey meet cured cheese. An almogrote with a denser texture and a sweet note that balances the intensity of the cheese. Two quintessentially Canarian products in one spread.

Almogrote Plátano
Canarian banana blended into the cured cheese base. The natural sweetness of the fruit softens and rounds the flavour, creating a more approachable version without losing the essence of almogrote. Different, but it makes sense.
